Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click 'Get started' on the homepage. Enter your name, email, country, and password. We'll send a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Is there a minimum deposit?

There is no platform-mandated minimum. However, individual savings plan types may have minimum amounts set by our team — this will be shown when creating a plan.

What countries are supported?

We accept users from most countries. During signup, select your country from the dropdown. If yours isn't listed, contact support.

Deposits & Payments

How do I make a deposit?

From your dashboard, click 'Deposit'. Select your savings plan, choose a payment method (bank transfer or crypto), transfer the funds to the details shown, then click 'I've sent the payment' and enter the amount.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers (direct bank transfer) and cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT (TRC-20), and USDT (BEP-20). Our team can add additional methods.

How long does deposit confirmation take?

Our team manually reviews and confirms all transfers within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email and an in-app notification once confirmed.

What happens after I notify you of a payment?

You'll get an immediate email confirming we received your notification. Our team then verifies the transfer on the bank/blockchain side before confirming it in the system.

Can I see who confirmed my deposit?

Yes. Your transaction history shows the admin email address and exact timestamp of each confirmation.

Returns & Interest

How are returns calculated?

We use simple daily interest: Principal × APY ÷ 365 × days elapsed since confirmation. There is no compounding — returns are straightforward and predictable.

When does my APY start?

Your APY begins accruing from the moment your deposit is confirmed by our team — not when you submit the notification.

Will my rate change if the platform updates its APY?

No. Your APY is locked at the time you create your savings plan. Future rate changes only affect newly created plans.

Where can I see my returns?

Your dashboard shows real-time balance, accrued returns, and a growth chart for each savings plan. Returns update daily.

Withdrawals

When can I withdraw?

Withdrawals are enabled after your savings plan's end date. You set this date when creating the plan. The platform will automatically unlock withdrawals on that date.

What happens if I cancel before the end date?

Early cancellation returns only your principal (total confirmed deposits). Accrued returns are forfeited. This is clearly shown before you confirm any cancellation.

Can an admin unlock withdrawals early?

Yes — in exceptional circumstances, an admin can enable withdrawals before the plan end date.

Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We never store raw credentials.

Who can see my payment account details?

Payment accounts are assigned per-user by our admin team. You only see accounts assigned to your profile — other users' accounts are not visible to you.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact our support team to request account deletion. We'll confirm before removing your data.
