By creating an account on International Banking ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Savings plans are goal-based products that earn simple daily interest on confirmed deposits. Your APY (Annual Percentage Yield) is locked at the time of plan creation and will not change regardless of future rate adjustments. Plans have a user-defined end date, before which withdrawals are disabled.
All deposits are processed manually. A deposit is only credited when a member of our team has verified receipt of funds in our bank or crypto wallet. Submission of a payment notification does not constitute a credit to your account. We reserve the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified.
Returns are calculated using simple daily interest: Principal × APY ÷ 365 × Days since confirmation. No compounding is applied. Returns are accrued from the date of deposit confirmation. Projected balances shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Withdrawals are available only after a savings plan's end date has passed. Early cancellation of a savings plan results in the return of your principal only — accrued returns are forfeited. Withdrawal requests are also processed manually and may take 1–5 business days. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending compliance review.
Bank and cryptocurrency payment account details are assigned per user at our discretion. We may update, add, or remove payment accounts without notice. You must transfer funds only to accounts explicitly shown in your Dashboard.
Referral programs, when active, are governed by the current referral terms displayed in your Dashboard. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue referral incentives at any time.
You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity and report them to relevant authorities.
By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails (deposit confirmations, account verification, security alerts). You may not opt out of transactional communications while maintaining an active account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, International Banking shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
